There's still plenty of transfer business to be conducted between now and then but here we take a look at Brighton's possible line-up after signings to face Chelsea on the opening day of the season.
Graham Potter's men have already added Adam Lallana and Joel Veltman to the their squad and they will hope to retain the services of club captain Lewis Dunk, who has been strongly linked with a move to Chelsea.
Brighton continue to bat away offers for defender Ben White and they also plan to add a striker to their ranks with Darwin Nunez high on their list.

5. Dan Burn
The world's tallest left back had a fine breakthrough season in the Premier League. It's an area Brighton are keen to strengthen but Burn will likely retain his place for the season opener

6. Adam Lallana
A free transfer from Liverpool. The Premier League and Champions League winner maybe 32 but still has the guile and craft to be a positive influence in the attacking areas for Albion.

7. Davy Propper
Wasn't at his best for Albion after the lockdown and still contributed well throughout the season. The Dutch international is a classy operator and should work well this coming campaign with the energy of Yves Bissouma around him

8. Yves Bissouma
Took a while to convince Potter he warranted a place in the starting XI but enjoyed an excellent second half the season. Signed off at Burnley with a wonderful long range strike and will hope to return against Chelsea fully fit and raring to go. A big season ahead!
