There's still plenty of transfer business to be conducted between now and then but here we take a look at Brighton's possible line-up after signings to face Chelsea on the opening day of the season.
Graham Potter's men have already added Adam Lallana and Joel Veltman to the their squad and they will hope to retain the services of club captain Lewis Dunk, who has been strongly linked with a move to Chelsea.
Brighton continue to bat away offers for defender Ben White and they also plan to add a striker to their ranks with Darwin Nunez high on their list.

13. Connolly (bench)
A young striker with huge potential. Would have been delighted to finish last season with a well-taken goal at Burnley

14. Mooy (bench)
The Aussie international was reliable performer for Brighton last season and his experience was crucial in the nervy closing stages. Competitive in midfield and always capable of a goal or an assist

15. Alzate (bench)
Will want to come back strongly after battling a groin injury during the latter part of the campaign. Impressive first season in the PL and his ability and composure on the ball made the Colombia international an instant favourite with the Albion fans.

16. Trossard (bench)
Five goals for the Belgian and a decent first season in the English top flight. Looked stronger after lockdown and chipped in with crucial goals - especially the one at Norwich. A talented player who should be better with his maiden season under his belt
