'Face it' - Fabian Hurzeler seething after Brighton's 'easy mistakes' against West Ham
Reaction from Brighton’s 1-1 draw with West Ham at the Amex Stadium
A last-gasp Georginio Rutter strike secured a 1-1 Premier League draw for Brighton after Jarrod Bowen’s moment of inspired improvisation so nearly fired West Ham to a rare win at their bogey side.

England World Cup hopeful Bowen scored an incredible goal with what was essentially a tackle.
He slid the ball away from Seagulls defender Ferdi Kadioglu, guiding it across goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen and into the net all in one motion.
It was an unlikely strike which so nearly secured an unlikely win, what would have been only West Ham’s second over Brighton in 17 meetings in the Premier League.
But below-par Brighton salvaged a point in stoppage-time when Rutter finally beat Hammers goalkeeper Alphonse Areola.
Hurzeler: Easy mistakes led to the goal
Hurzeler said: “We wanted more definitely but in the end we didn't deserve more because we didn't play with energy and intensity in the first-half.
"We deserved to concede a goal and we reacted well. In the end we have to be honest and we didn't do our best performance today.
"We will reflect and analyse and hopefully we will start the games better. Overall, it was something we didn't expect but we have to face it.
"It was a different opponent with a different approach, that is not the easiest way to break through."
On West Ham's goal: "I think it happened because of several easy mistakes."
It was though a nice moment for Georginio who has struggled in front of goal this season.
Hurzeler added: “He played a good game with a lot of action. He scored the goal so hopefully it gives him a boost."
Georginio delighted to get back in the goals
Georginio, speaking to Sky Sports, added: “It feels amazing for the first goal for the season. I am very happy but we only take one point so that is frustrating.
"At the goal I was confused and scared about the VAR. Normally I am too far away from the box, so I have been training and it's paid off today."
"I think West Ham are very good and they are very compact. We were waiting for them to make a mistake. We didn't score in the first-half and we have a lot of chances but we scored in the end.
"We are a good group, so we have to keep going."
