Sporting director Mike Cave said, "We’re delighted to welcome Chema to the club.

“He has an excellent pedigree having come through at Real Madrid; he followed that with a very good season with Stuttgart last season.

"We had been aware of Chema's potential for sometime, and we are delighted to welcome him to the club, and look forward to working with him."

The Spain under-21 international progressed through Real Madrid’s C and B teams before making his La Liga debut in January 2025.

He joined VfB Stuttgart last summer, and made 41 appearances in all competitions in 2025/26 as they qualified for this season’s Champions League.

Andres plays in a similar position to Carlos Baleba, who left Brighton earlier this window to join Manchester Unietd for £70m

Sporting director Mike Cave said, “Kamari is another of our younger players who’ll benefit from regular senior football this coming season.“

“Leicester manager Russell Martin knows him from his time at Southampton, and Kamari will get the opportunity to play at a good level.

“We will monitor his progress across the coming season.”
