The Seagulls head into the game knowing they could all but seal their survival with a win, if results elsewhere also go their way, and they'll be looking to grab three points against the already-relegated Blades.
The last time the two sides met, back in December, a lively encounter at the Amex Stadium saw Blades midfielder John Lundstram sent off before half-time, in a game that eventually finished 1-1 with Danny Welbeck's dramatic late equaliser cancelling out Jayden Bogle's 63rd minute goal for United.

Hide AdWriting his weekly prediction piece for BBC Sport, pundit and broadcaster Mark Lawrenson turned his attention to the game at Bramall Lane, and tipped the visitors to win 2-0.
Justifying his choice, the ex-Liverpool defender wrote: "Sheffield United are now officially relegated, although they will have known their fate for weeks.
“Sometimes you see relegated teams start playing well and winning once they know they are definitely down but I don't think that Sheffield United will do that.“Brighton got a good point against Chelsea and they have shown they are defensively sound. It's just in attack where they are often lacking a bit of spark - but they are still better than the Blades.”
Meanwhile, Lawro's sparring partner for the week, Wolf Alice bass player Theo Ellis, went for a 1-1 draw.
Lawrenson also picked wins for the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United.
