Brighton and Hove Albion can now take stock of their season so far as the Premier League pauses for the latest international break.
The Seagulls are sixth in the table with 12 points from their first seven fixtures following their memorable 3-2 win against Tottenham at the Amex Stadium on Sunday.
Head coach Fabian Hurzeler said: “In the end I don’t judge the performances from the team by the result because in the end I’m completely convinced if you trust the process and if you try to focus on the process the results will come.
“It is normal to have ups and downs. We had a small down when we look at the results, I think the performances were good so far. Of course against Chelsea it was not the best performance, but we learn from it.”
Here‘s how every Brighton player has rated out of 10 so far this season:

13. Carlos Baleba 9-10
What a player he is and will be. Underused last season but now looks a powerful and skilful presence in the midfield. Albion have another star! Photo: Bryn Lennon

14. Yasin Ayari 7-10
A surprise package this season. Leads the press well from midfield and is now a trusted member of the squad. Not always a starter but a very useful player for Hurzeler. Photo: Mike Hewitt

15. James Milner 6-10
The veteran midfielder started the first three matches but a hamstring injury scuppered his progress at Arsenal. Should be available after the international break at Newcastle. Photo: Ryan Pierse

16. Julio Enciso - 5-10
Yet to start a match in the PL this season but a regular from the bench. He will be frustrated about lack of game time but Hurzeler just has so many attacking options. Photo: Bryn Lennon
