Graham Potter's team head to Wolves before home games against West Ham (May 15) and Manchester City.
They finish the season at Arsenal (May 23) and would need to take five points from those four matches to beat last season's record Premier League points total of 41 points.
It's a good target for Albion who could also look to give some game time to players who have not featured too often this season.
José Izquierdo, Andi Zeqiri, Percy Tau, Aaron Connolly and Alireza Jahanbakhsh all trained today and are pushing hard for starting roles, while Polish duo Mikal Karbownik and Jakub Moder will also hope to see more minutes before now and the end of the season.
