Player ratings: Who shone and who struggled for Brighton at Tottenham

Brighton and Hove Albion were beaten 2-1 by Jose Mourinho's Tottenham Hotspur on Boxing Day.

But who shone and who struggled for Graham Potter's men? Logan MacLeod with the player ratings.

13. Gazzaniga 6-10

Tested early on by Alzate but saved well. Not much he could do about Webster's goal from close range. | Getty

14. Aurier 7-10

A proper athlete, got up to win headers, showed pace to get back, strong in the tackle and also provided some dangerous balls into the Brighton box. | Getty

15. Alderweireld 6-10

At fault for Webster's goal. The Belgium was caught flat-footed while zonal marking for the corner which lead to Brighton's goal. | Getty

16. Vertonghen 6-10

Wasn't too involved. A run-of-the-mill performance in a different position for him at left back. The marauding Schelotto caused him problems. | Getty
