Brighton & Hove Albion played out a goalless draw with Aston Villa on Saturday night.

But it wasn’t for a lack of trying on behalf of Graham Potter's men.

Brighton mustered an incredible 26 shots on goal but couldn't break down Dean Smith's side.

And that led Match of the Day pundit Jermaine Jenas to label Albion striker Neal Maupay as "selfish" at times during the clash.

"They’re [Brighton] playing really well, they’ve just got to find a way of hitting the back of the net," the former England Newcastle United and Tottenham man said.

"Some selfish play at times from Maupay, I think he could play in a few more people."

The result saw Brighton extended their unbeaten run to six matches in the league, the Seagulls best run in the top flight since 1981.
