Referees announced for Brighton v Manchester City and Liverpool v Wolves

The referees have been announced for the final day of the Premier League season on Sunday.

Manchester City will be crowned champions if they win at Brighton & Hove Albion, while Liverpool will lift their first title since 1990 if they beat Wolves and City fail to pick up three points.

Michael Oliver will be the man in the middle for Brighton's match with Manchester City. He has shown 83 yellow cards and seven reds in 29 Premier League games this season.

The assistant referees at the Amex will be Stuart Burt and Simon Bennett, with Paul Tierney the fourth official.

Martin Atkinson will take charge of Liverpool's game with Wolves. He has booked 89 players and shown one red card in 28 Premier League matches this season.

The assistant referees at Anfield will be Lee Betts and Adam Nunn, with Stuart Attwell the fourth official.
