Tottenham Hotspur could turn attentions to Brighton & Hove Albion head coach Graham Potter in manager search
Spurs' search for a replacement for departed head coach Jose Mourinho was dealt a blow today after Ajax manager Erik ten Hag signed a new contract at the club.
The Dutchman was high on Tottenham's shortlist but the 51-year-old has extended his deal at the Johan Cruijff ArenA to 2023.

Potter has been heavily linked with the job at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium along with Fulham manager Scott Parker and former RB Leipzig boss Ralf Rangnick.
The Seagulls head coach is third-favourite to take the Spurs job, according to Sky Bet, at 12-1.
Spurs' overtures have so far been rejected by managers Julian Nagelsmann and Brendan Rodgers.
Nagelsmann has agreed to leave RB Leipzig and join Bayern Munich in the summer, while Rodgers has expressed his disinterest at moving from Champions League-chasing Leicester City to Tottenham.
