Brighton & Hove Albion's relegation fears deepened as they suffered a 2-0 Premier League defeat at home to Cardiff this evening.

The Bluebirds won with goals from Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and Sean Morrison as they moved to within two points of fourth-from-bottom Albion.
