Chris Hughton guarded against complacency
The Seagulls sit 13th in the Premier League after 20 games, ten points clear of the bottom three.
Hughton celebrated his fourth anniversary as Albion boss yesterday and asked about the biggest challenge moving forward, he said: "Always the biggest challenge is complacency. The easiest part and comfortable part is we are faced every single game with hard opposition.

"We are still in our second season in this division, still the aim has to be to make sure we maintain Premier League status and allow ourselves to develop and grow as a club.
"We have worked very hard to be where we are now and we have to be respectful of every single game that we have is a difficult one.
"There will be bigger teams than us, with more experience than us, that have found it difficult.
