He would like his players to reproduce the display which earned them fine victories on the road against Wycombe Wanderers and Luton Town.

Drummy said: "We've won two away and lost two at home.

"We've got to make sure we turn home games into points.

"We must get the crowd behind us and turn our home ground into a fortress.

Drummy believes the game against the Grecians, who lie sixth in the table, should produce an attractive game of football.

He said: "They are a passing side and I think it will be a very good, difficult game.

"They rotate and they move it around and we will certainly do that as well, certainly with a better mindset."

Drummy was delighted with the response his side showed following the defeat against Morecambe to go away from home against seventh-placed Wycombe and fightback to win 2-1 on Saturday.

He said: "To have the courage to come and get the three points against a team who are also desperate for a win.

"Seeing the fans behind the goal, that shows you what it means. They need the three points, we all need it, so it's a good response from us.

"We have got to be winners throughout and I think the players showed that today and have been fantastic and I'm very proud of them."
