Crawley Town striker shortlisted for PFA League Two Player of the Month

Crawley Town forward Tom Nichols has been nominated for the PFA Bristol Street Motors League Two Fans' Player of the Month for March.

The Reds striker scored three goals and provided one assist as Crawley recorded three wins, four losses and a draw in the league.

Nichols netted the winners in Crawley's 1-0 wins over Tranmere Rovers and Salford City on March 6 and 9 respectively.

The forward then netted a 97th minute penalty to help John Yems' side snatch a 1-1 home draw against Walsall on March 16.

The Reds marksman has been nominated alongside Cambridge United's Jack Iredale, Barrow's Patrick Brough, Stevenage's Jamie Cumming, Exeter City's Matt Jay and Bolton Wanderers' Eoin Doyle.
