Those goals increased the winger’s goal tally to five goals in eight games.
He said: “I knew Gwion was a good player before I came here. He’s quick and the fact he picks the ball up inside your half and takes it into their box as quick as he does.

“I was really pleased with his contribution. The first was a stunning strike, the second went under a few bodies - he was running away from goal before he did his bit of magic before coming back inside.

“He went off as a precaution with some cramp in both calves.”

Hide AdYates stressed the next five games which be just as tough as the first ten, starting with Saturday’s visit to Devon to take on second-placed Plymouth Argyle.
He said: “They are all tough. We said the first five were tough and as it proved the second five were even tougher for us. The next five will be no different.
“They are on a good run - Plymouth reached the play-off semi-final last year.

“A few have come down from Scotland with the manager and have been a real threat.
“They have used 15 players which is a sign of consistency.
“We go there with a lot more hope than we did before Tuesday. We go with some vigour and extra belief which comes from winning.
“We are not far off from being badly off (for players). It’s important we get players back and keep them fit and strong.”
