The 21-year-old joined Crawley Town on a two-and-a-half year deal with an additional two-year option from Isthmian South East Division side Hastings United.

Filippo Venness said: "The level between Hastings league and league 2 is a step up but it’s not massive. Don’t forget Watters couldn’t hit a barn door in that league and was a sensation for us. Rodari has been the best player in that league for 4 years. From that team of 2020 he is the fourth player to sign professional terms. And he’s better then all I’ve seen and two have gone to premier league clubs."
