Football programme washed out

All today's local County League matches have been postponed

Heavy rain this morning has caused all of our local sides’ County League games to be postponed, along with Worthing’s home Ryman League match with Corinthian Casuals.

In County League Division 1, the following games are all off: Lancing v Littlehampton; Selsey v Arundel; St Francis v Shoreham; Worthing United v East Preston; East Grinstead v Dorking Wanderers; Rye v Ringmer; Newhaven v Hassocks.

Every game in Division 2 has been called off, which includes Broadbridge Heath v Steyning, Little Common v Mile Oak, Rustington v Loxwood and Storrington v Wick & Barnham.

Ferring’s home Division 3 Cup tie with Southwick has also been postponed.

Worthing Raiders Rugby Club are in National 1 action away to Blackheath, with a 3pm start.

And Worthing Thunder Basketball Club are away to leaders Hemel Storm in EBL Division 1.
