Midfielder George Francomb has signed a new deal which will keep him at The People’s Pension Stadium for two more years.

Francomb joined the Reds at the start of the 2018/19 campaign in a move from AFC Wimbledon. Since then the versatile midfielder has made 66 appearances for the Reds in all competitions registering six assists.

Technical Director Erdem Konyar said: “We are delighted to extend George for a further 2 years. George will become a senior influence on a young developing team. His experience of promotion underlines the right mentality we want in the whole squad. This is a good start to the rebuilding of the squad.”
