Brighton's winless run in the Premier League reached seven games after a 2-1 defeat at Leicester City this evening. Here's how we rated the players of both teams.

Demarai Gray gave Leicester an early lead, before Jamie Vardy made it 2-0 on 63 minutes. Davy Propper got a goal back three minutes later but the hosts held on to win.

No real chance with either goal but made a smart stop to deny Gray at 1-0.

Tough evening up against Barnes. Got forward down the right to support attacks when he could. Booked.
Blocked low Vardy strike early on. Rose highest to head Gross corner over at 1-0. Always a threat from set-pieces.
Blocked Tielemans' shot from distance in early stages. Left in no man's land when Gray got in behind to score from Tielemans pass to put Leicester ahrad.
Caught forward when Gray gave Leicester the lead. Cut out dangerous Barnes cross when Gray was lurking behind.
First Premier League start since the middle of December. Lost possession in the middle of the park moments before Leicester went ahead. Well-hit strike superbly saved by Schmeichel. Lively.
Won several second balls to keep possession as Albion settled into the game after the opening 20 minutes. Subbed.
Got better the longer the game went on. Drawn to the ball which allowed Tielemans to pick out Gray for Leicester's opener. Scored first Albion goal with sweet strike to make it 2-1.
Played on the left side of midfield. Little joy up against Pereira before he was subbed midway through the second half.
Limped off after 50 minutes after being at the heart of some good Albion chances. Had a deflected shot saved by Schmeichel and set up chances for Duffy and Murray.
Blazed over from six yards with the goal gaping and sent late shot into the side netting. Missed the ball when Gross cut the ball back at 1-0 midway through the first half.
Replaced Gross after 50 minutes and got Albion on the front foot. Flashed a shot wide from 20 yards.

Tipped over deflected Gross shot and made outstanding save from Knockaert at 1-0. No chance with Propper's goal.
Solid at the back. Cleared low Knockaert delivery when Murray was looking to pounce. Kept March relatively quiet.
Defended Brighton set-pieces well and comfortable on the ball at the back. One run forward got the home fans on their feet.
