Littlehampton’s Jason Jarvis put a couple of chances wide, and Barney Boutwood fired over, and Ben White then hit the crossbar for Bexhill.
Scott McDonald’s miss-hit shot gave Bexhill the lead on 65 minutes and Golds defender Chris Hazell then cleared off the line from Allan McMinigal.
Littlehampton drew level on 80 minutes through Niall O’Hagan’s half-volleyed finish and both sides then traded chances, Golds’ best one fell to Dave Gaskin, who was inches away from finding a winner.
