New appointments at Burgess Hill
Preparations at Burgess Hill Town FC have already begun for next season with new appointments within the management set up at the Green Elephants Stadium.
Manager Ian Chapman, who goes into his third season as the Hillians boss, was delighted to announce in the week that veteran midfielder, Paul Armstrong, would be taking over the Youth Team as he will be winding down a bit first team wise.
Armstrong takes over from Ashley Carr, Tony Tregear and Neil Wheeler who have stood down after four successful seasons in charge and Chapman was quick to praise the trio saying “What they have achieved over the four seasons has been incredible, not just trophy wise but also the players that are coming through to play for the 1st eleven.”
