Pharo is named as new Wick manager

The 24-year-old steps up from his role as coach as the club have chosen the appoint internally after Richard Towers stepped down last week.

Pharo has taken charge until the end of the season when the club will revisit the situation in view to a permanent appointment.

He will be assisted by Dave Towers, one of ex-boss Richard’s sons.

Pharo said: “I’m not daunted by it, I know most of the boys and they know what I expect. I was heavily involved when Richard was here, so not much has changed.”
