Picture special from Bognor's friendly at Selsey

Five months and seven days. That's how long the Rocks have had to wait between the final game of last season and the first of this. After the long coronavirus-induced lay-off, it was Selsey FC who provided Bognor's first pre-season opposition of 2020-21.

There were no fans allowed in - although a few of the Bognor faithful did take advantage of gaps in the High St Ground fencing - as Bognor ran out comfortable 4-0 winners with a team made up of last season's regulars and few potential signings. Rocks supporters will have been pleased to see the likes of Joe Cook and Jake Flannigan in the side and will hope they will sign. Read a match report by Liam Goodley here.
