It’s also been a busy week for Luton Town after they completed a quick-fire double deal on Tuesday.

Dangerous striker Danny Hylton and defender Johnny Mullins have both signed two-year deals with Luton.

Hylton enjoyed a decent campaign with Oxford, bagging 14 goals to finish as their third-highest scorer.

Mullins made 51 appearances for the U’a as he played a key role in Michael Appleton’s side gaining promotion.

Mingoia becomes Shaun Derry’s first piece of summer business, inking a two-year deal after bagging a goal for Stanley in their play-off loss to AFC Wimbledon.

Carlisle are staying busy after they added York midfielder Russell Penn to their options.

Penn impressed against Pompey as his side picked up a shock win in April.
