The Chichester team beat Portsmouth Cathedral 9-2 and Guildford Cathedral 10-0.

Ruth Poyner, Cathedral spokeswoman, said: “We are very proud of our victorious football team. Many of them are also members of the Cathedral choir... they might sing like angels but clearly don’t play football in the same manner.”
