The Reds are yet to lose under Yems at the People's Pension Stadium since he took over. And a Tom Nichols' goal was enough to see Yem's side pick up their first league win of the season. You can see his full post match interview below

Yems said: "It is a continuation of the home form. We have got to make this place a tough place to come to. Scunthorpe tried, they huffed and puffed, but they couldn't blow the house down.

"It was a very hard fought 1-0 win, it wasnt the prettiest on the eye. It wasn;t the best and at times it was backs to the wall - and I think we put our own backs to the wall sometimes.

"But as I said last week it's going to take a while for everyone to get to know each other, get fit, get your combinations going.

"Last week I was disappointed for the lack of effort. This week they showed it."

But they need to turn the home form into their away form. So what does Yems believe they have to do to make that happen?

He said: "If I knew that we would be doing it. It ain't through lack of trying or effort, it will come but you just got to keep believing, but some people forget there is other sides who are setting up to attack us. You have just got to have a bit of belief."
