Tommy Fraser returns to Burgess Hill Town as club captain

Manager Ian Chapman is delighted at the capture of the experienced midfielder and has made him club captain - taking over from the departed Darren Budd.

Hide AdThe 28-year-old finished last season at Whitehawk after starting the season at the Green Elephants Stadium.
But Chapman believes the former Port Vale captain is ready for a new start - as is the club as a whole.
Chapman said: “He was with us at the start of last season. I think he is in a better place than when he came here a year ago. I feel he is a big signing for us and I want him to be a massive part of us going forward.

Hide Ad“I didn’t want to change much last year because we had such an unbelievable season the year before.
“But we have now drawn a line through the last two seasons and we have got to start again.”
