United set for afternoon with media

First up at lunchtime is a photoshoot with The Sun newspaper at the historic Battle Abbey. The players will then head to The Pilot Field where they will have a go at the Crossbar Challenge for Sky Sports television show Soccer AM.
For those who haven’t seen the Saturday morning programme, the challenge involves players attempting to hit the crossbar from the halfway line amid plenty of laughs and banter from their team-mates.

There has been considerable media interest in United lately as a result of their phenomenal run in the world famous competition.
The Ryman League Premier Division outfit has come through six rounds, three of them against higher level clubs, to set up a third round tie away to Championship high-flyers Middlesbrough on Saturday.
The U’s, whose second round replay at home to Harrogate Town on December 13 was televised live on ESPN, were featured in three national newspapers on Sunday.
