Worthing United put eight past Ringmer AFC - the match in pictures

For Mark Curram and Glenn Souter’s Mavericks, the thumping followed on from wins of 3-1 over Loxwood, 4-0 over Ringmer in the cup and 7-0 over Oakwood.

It’s three wins from three for them in Division 1 of the SCFL as they bid to go one better than last season, when they missed out on promotion in the play-offs.

The 8-0 success over Ringmer featured six different scorers with Ahmed Kamil and Leon Turner scoring two each and Ethan Davey, Dan Kingston, Dean Sherwood and Joe Sadler also on target.
