The ladies, who represent Haywards Heath Golf Club in Division 2, played against the ladies team from Mannings Heath at Littlehampton Golf Club in the Division 2 semi-finals.

This is a tough links golf course in mild conditions, but when the wind blows it makes it very challenging indeed. Tuesday 4th August was such a day and the very severe winds made play very difficult for both sides, with balls going astray and making for very lengthy rounds. However, despite the wind, our ladies had an excellent 5-2 win and now go through to the final round. This will be played against West Sussex at The Dyke GC on 28th August. The ladies will be defending the title which they won last year.

The team wishes to thank all the ladies for their cards and messages of support, and especially send thanks to all those ladies who went along to support them; it is really appreciated.
