Harness parade fees cut and cash offered
THE popular London Harness Horse Parade has reduced its entry fees by £5 and is offering £50 towards travel expenses for each exhibitor of heavuy horses.
It takes place at the South of England Showground in Ardingly on Easter Monday April 13.
