Horsham Jogger Neil shines at Reading Half Marathon

Horsham Jogger Neil Boniface was at the sharp end of a strong field as he finished 28th in the Reading Half Marathon on Sunday.

He clocked 1hour 9minutes, 40seconds for the 13.1mile course, while clubmate Rebecca Walsh finished in 2hrs 8mins, 43secs.

Meanwhile, the Joggers were in action at the Shoreham Foxes Five, the latest race in the West Sussex Fun Run League.

Keith Ayres led the club home in 37min 3secs, taking 74th place overall. Mariann Bourne was next in 41mins 12secs, just a second ahead of Richard Bourne.
