Pete and Steve won the prizes for first and second Vet Man 50 respectively, in faster times than the first Vet Man 40.

John Willcox was first Slinfold man home and second Vet Man 40 (33.34), with Val Purnell winning the prizes for both third female runner overall and third female Vet 50 (37.35) - proving the race to be of remarkable triumphs for the over-50s of both sexes over their younger rivals.
