With organised outdoor sport allowed again from Monday, small groups are allowed to run togethe.
Chichester Runners will begin training in small groups, led by an experienced run leader or coach.
From Monday more than six people can train together. The Chi club will generally keep groups to 13-strong but there will be occasions where it’s higher, while still in line with the rules.
Club chairman Jon McElhill said: “We will be training in various parts of Chichester so we try to avoid any coming together of groups. All venues are risk assessed. We’re not breaking lockdown rules – rather the opposite - by keeping our members fit, we’re doing our best to help in this battle.
“We will be welcoming back around 100 adult runners at training sessions and a similar number at countryside trail runs. Around 75 juniors will take part in their sessions.”
