Could your child be the next Luke Littler or Beau Greaves? Butlin’s launch kids’ darts academy in West Sussex
Butlin’s is giving young holidaymakers the chance to follow in the footsteps of stars Luke Littler and Beau Greaves, with its brand-new JDC Butlin’s Darts Academy.
Hosted at Butlin’s Bognor Regis resort, the academy is included in the price of all school holiday breaks, offering children a fun, supportive introduction to the sport.
“If you’ve got the next Luke Littler or Beau Greaves at home, then our new JDC Butlin’s Darts Academy will be perfect on your next school holiday break,” said Mike Godolphin, entertainment director at Butlin’s.
“We’re always looking at ways to give our guests new experiences and with the huge rise in popularity of darts this new session is the perfect way for kids to get involved in the sport. And what’s best, this amazing new activity is included in the price of the break.”
Two-hour sessions are designed for beginners as well as youngsters already confident with the dartboard, with JDC coaches guiding each child throw by throw.
The program introduces participants to the basics of darts, including interactive games such as ABC darts, helping children build skills and confidence at the oche while having fun.
Darren Barson from the Junior Darts Corporation added: “We’re thrilled to collaborate with Butlin’s. This partnership will give children a unique opportunity to learn a new sport while having fun during their holidays.”
With the sport growing rapidly in popularity, the new JDC Butlin’s Darts Academy aims to inspire the next generation of stars.
