Ron writes: "Just before Covid-19 started everything going on a downhill slope very quickly, big-time wrestling came to The Civic Centre, Uckfield. when Premier Promotions, whose shows have been thrilling fans for four decades, staged their first event there featuring an American Rumble spectacular. This was well rehearsed, stage managed high-flying action from the top rope and beyond, including an all-in, last man standing rumblemania finale, plus some wonderfully choreographed tag-team and solo matches. Fantastic half-term entertainment for the whole family from the first bell to the last pin fall, submission or knockout. Stars appearing included the new Premier Wrestling Federation heavyweight champion Josh Faulkner and tag-team sensations the Heavyweight Heartbreakers, who sounded more like a pop band than a Tag Team !!! The referee for the evening’s contests was legendary former world lightweight champion Steve Grey."
