Owners furious at 'horse taxes'
WEST SUssex horse owners are dismayed about Government plans to create a new agency for animal health which would result in 'taxes' being imposed on horses.
They are urging all horse owners in the county to join a nationwide protest to urge the Government to think again about imposing an unfair 'tax in all but name' on every horse owner in the UK.
