Reece and Archie star in AFC's pressure task
ARCHIE LEWIS set an AFC Worthing Youth club record keeping goal for the Under-10s with his eighth clean sheet in 11 matches.
That took his team to 1-0 victory over Selsey Seals B at Broadwater Green and hept them pressing leaders Worthing Rebels B and Worthing United B in their Arun & Chichester Youth League division.
The goal had come on 18 minutes, the stroke of half-time, the scorer Reece Camp on his return to Atoms action after six weeks out injured. The impressive Sam Angel and the dependable Alex Streeter combined neatly beforehand but, out of the blue, Camp was near the corner flag when he curled a remarkable effort inside the far post.
In the second half, a save denied Streeter a second AFC goal after fine passes by Matthew Ansell and the ever dangerous Camp.
