At the Uckfield Festival the under 9s team played great rugby with every player putting in maximum effort and playing all five games. They won or drew all but one of their games - with a 9-2 score for one of them - and narrowly missed out on winning trophies.

At the same festival the under 11s showed huge commitment and endeavour on the pitch and won one game 9-0, with every team member playing five games with a fantastic, positive attitude.

The under 12s were runners up in their age group, fielding a mixed team against other clubs A teams, and were labelled as the team to beat. So with some great teamwork and strong defence they fought through to come out a worthy second place.

At the Worthing Festival the under 11s played five games and won all five without the opposing teams scoring a single try, winning against Old Caterhamians 6-0 ; Brighton 2-0 ; Brentwood 8-0 ; Pulborough 3-0 topping their group and then coming through against Worthing 1-0 in a hard-fought final. One of the U11s coaches, Matt Ellis said: “I think the best way to describe the squad’s performance was a fantastic display of everything they have learnt as a team this season. We saw hard and fast attacking rugby through the forwards and the backs in every game culminating in a fantastic and very, very physical final with Worthing where the team’s defence was the best I have ever seen from them. Every player stepped up to the mark today with several playing out of position at times, they have shown exemplary conduct both at tournaments and in training throughout the season and it has been a privilege to watch them grow into a cracking team.”
