Former Heath mini James to represent England

How many of us would love to represent our country in a World Cup?

Ex Heath Mini, Junior and Colt - James Chisholm - will be fulfilling that particular lifetime ambition in June. Having featured prominently from the middle of the back row in England’s Under 20s Six Nations campaign, James has been selected in the squad for the Junior World Cup taking place in New Zealand in June. Narrowly beating Wales to take the JWC in last year’s exciting final in South Africa, England will be keen to impress once again. They begin their quest with three pool games, against:

Italy, June 2, Pukekhoe; Australia, June 6, Auckland; Argentina, June 10, Auckland

The semis are scheduled for June 15th and June 20th respectively. Check TV coverage on Sky Sports.

James joins the squad for an intensive period of training before heading for the the ‘land of the long white cloud’ – and the Junior All Blacks. He won’t lack support, with the senior England squad - likely to contain two other ex Heath Colts in the formidable shapes of Joe Marler and Billy Twelvetrees - also in New Zealand for their three test series against the All Blacks on June 7th, 14th and 21st.

All at Heath wish James – and Joe and Billy – all the very best for success in New Zealand.
