It was Raiders’ fourth straight defeat of the season and leaves them with just one win from their eight matches.
Park took the lead with an early penalty and then grabbed a 10-0 advantage with a converted try from a rolling maul.
Rob Smith crossed for Raider to pull a try back, but a line-out error saw the hosts put down a converted try.
Simon Gaynor pulled another try back and a successful conversion from Joe Govett got the score back to 17-12.
Park, however, immediately hit back and added another five points before the break.
A penalty try and another score gave Park a 34-12 lead in the second half, before Dan Sargent crossed for Raiders.
The hosts, however, added another two converted tries before full-time for a comfortably victory.
