RUGBY: Worthing drop to the bottom after defeat at Ealing

WORTHING RAIDERS Rugby Club fell to the bottom of National League 3 South on Saturday (December 6) after a 53-6 defeat at second-placed Ealing.

It was Raiders' 10th defeat from 12 league matches since their promotion up into the National League.

Bottom-of-the-table Havant's 39-25 win over Bridgwater & Albion meant they leapfrogged Raiders, who had started the day second from bottom.

And Chinnor, who are still third bottom, drew 20-20 at Lydney, which moves them two points clear of Worthing, whose next match is at home to Havant on December 20.
