Snow one better than Ardingly!
SKIERS from Ardingly College sped ahead of school teams from throughout the country to win the Independent Schools Ski and Snowboard Championships in France.
The competition, held in Les Deux Alpes during the Christmas holiday, was organised by the Base Camp Group and attracted some of the UK's top teenage skiers.
However, Ardingly College, competing for only the second time, triumphed not only to win the parallel slalom, slalom and a clutch of medals but also the overall competition.
