Summer arrives at Fontwell Park - preview and tips

Fontwell Park opens its gates for another summer afternoon of racing tomorrow (June 9).

It’s the final fixture at the popular jumps track before the summer break.

Gates open at midday and the seven-race card begins s at 2.10pm with the last race off at 5.10pm.

Simon Williams, Fontwell Park executive director, said: “Summer is the best time to enjoy watching horse-racing, especially while relaxing on a picnic blanket in the sun or absorbing the atmosphere of National Hunt racing.”

Tickets start at £12 and children under 18 go free. Entrance is cheaper if booked in advance.
