The team from the timber and builders merchants was presented with the Evans Weir Works Trophy, awarded to the corporate running team achieving the fastest combined team time.
Justin Walsh, Mat Sherry and Sam Cole tackled the 13-mile course while raising £1,500 for charity Children on the Edge, with Walsh achieving a personal best of 1hr 45min and Cole and Shewrry coming in at 1.51 and 2.18 respectively.
The Chi Half is organised by the international charity Children on the Edge, which helps support some of the most vulnerable children in the world, including refugees who have fled from war and persecution in Syria.
Walsh, assistant manager of Covers Trade Centre in Chichester, said: “The Covers team are absolutely delighted to be awarded the Evans Weir Works Trophy.
“We put our all into getting the best times possible, so it’s a great feeling to know that all our hard work paid off while supporting such an important charity in the process.”
