Organisers estimate the level of interest could see entry closed within a few days and say anyone who wants to run should get their entry in this weekend to secure a place.

A number of previous winners and medallists are scheduled to return for the race on Sunday, February 8.

They include Phil Wylie of Bristol and West and Charlotte Purdue from Aldershot, Farnham and District.

It looks like being another top-class event in the local sporting calendar. We’ll have a full preview in our February 5 edition.
