Under-15 athlete Alyssa White, after a successful indoor season, turned her focus to the forthcoming outdoor season by choosing to run the over and under sprint distances of 300m and 150m.

She laid down her intentions with two scintillating performances, winning both and recording two excellent new personal bests of 41.93sec for 300m and 19.04sec for the 150m.

First-year under-13 Fleur Hollyer opted for the 150m and long jump, where she posted a series of good early-season jumps, the best being 3.20m – not far short of her PB. The 150m saw her record an improved and very pleasing new personal best of 23.54sec.

Chichester’s Leo Stallard (under-15B) ran 5.01.70 for the 1,500m.
