Win a luxury package for four at Fontwell's funk and soul night

Fontwell Park is gearing up for one of its biggest events of 2012 '“ and the Chichester Observer series has tickets to give away.

The venue’s Funk and Soul Racenight next Friday, May 4, is the ideal way to start the bank holiday weekend, with a fantastic evening at the races followed by live music.

The ten-piece Reel Deal Band will be performing live after the night’s jump racing action, playing a fantastic set of funk and soul classics, as well as modern hits with their very own twist.

The Reel Deal have performed for such celebrities as Elton John, David Beckham and the Prince of Wales and feature vocalists who have sung with Basement Jaxx, Plan B and Adele.

Tickets start at £15 if booked in advance and a shuttle bus will be running from Barnham station to the racecourse before and after racing – the return fare is just £2.

Gates open at 3.15pm, the first race is 5.15pm and the last race is 8.15pm.

We have teamed up with Fontwell Park to offer hospitality for four people in the luxury Parade Ring Marquee. This includes a Grandstand & Paddock Enclosure ticket, a barbecue buffet and a racecard as well as the use of the marquee with cash bar and betting facilities.
