Fairport Convention postpone Worthing date because of Covid
Folk rockers Fairport Convention have been forced to postpone their date at Worthing's Connaught Theatre scheduled for this Thursday 17 February due to an outbreak of Covid within the touring party.
Spokesman Mark Ringwood said: “The band had been travelling in a bubble but unfortunately bass player Dave Pegg contracted the virus and the other members of the touring party have had to isolate.
“A new date has been arranged for Tuesday 8 March in the same venue.”
